1. -T. Washington was calm and clever type of activist. He was modest for his race and he believed in negro people should be educated to improve their status.

-W.E.B. Du Bois  was a person who was outspoken and have strong minds. He protest to make more rights of colored people by using the treatening words via The Crisis. We need that kind of person in our society but not too more.
2.

   T. Washington

Booker T. Washington was born in 1856 during slavery period and died in1915. He was an American educator, author, orator, and political leader. He born under an enslaved woman and white father and they moved to live together to West Virginia. He worked and studied very hard and attended to college at Watland Seminary. He was first leader of the new Tuskegee Institute in Alabama and he became a popular spokesperson for African- American citizens. He tried very hard to support many black communities. He built up a nationwide network for support and he fought for the vote rights. He was most effective leader of anything about Black communities. He stood up to get African American's equal social rights and tried very hard to get set better educated schools for black people. In 1901, Washington also consolidated his influence by his autobiography Up From Slavery, is still widely read today. He was the dominant figure in African American community in the United States from 1856 to 1915.

3. Our group members would be more likely to join with  W.E.B. Du Bois 's activities. He had very strong opinion and we like the way how he dared to express his opinion directly. It would be more effective to encourage other people who were depressed in their lives. His activist was more energetic, realistic and impressive. We like a person who has this kind of morals.

4.
Occupy Wall street is one of the recent protest activity in United States. This movement began in the New York City in September 2011 before spreading to other cities. They protested for the "greed and corruption". This protest was started by the Canadian activist group Adbusters and has led to Occupy protests and movements around the world. Across the world, protests drew tens of thousands of demonstrators into the street from the Philippines to Spain.
