BP #7 - Summary & Reflection - sejung

Booker T. Washington was born in 1856 during slavery period. He was born under an enslaved woman and white father and they moved to live together to West Virginia.  He worked and studied very hard and attended to college at Watland Seminary. He was first leader of the new Tuskegee Institute in Alabama and he became a popular spokesperson for African- American citizens. He tried very hard to support many black communities. He built up a nationwide network for support and he fought for the vote rights. He was most effective leader of anything about Black communities.   He stood up to get African American's equal social rights and tried very hard to get set better educated schools for black people. He was an African-American educator, author, orator, advisor to Republican presidents and black political leader who tried everything very hard.

I think he tried very hard to fix alot of things. He was fighting for equals and their own rights. Also he tried to set better schools for next generlations. I think he was very clear man because he was thinking deeply and planed out. I am not sure if i would fight like him during that  period. When i was researching him, i noticed that he was very stong man and i learned to be stong like him. His father was white man but he was still stood up for the community against to white people. I think i should not scared to spoke out my own opinion to the world like him. I would try to fight if soemthing is wrong and set up for the future.
