There are so many kinds of festivals around the world, because people have different cultures, religions and so on. However, in my country there are also many different traditional festivals. For example, there is a biggest and grandest for the spring festival in spring. In those days, all of People  come back home to have a richest meal during this vacation. and to celebrate the New Year coming.

         The spring festival day is at the Lunar New Year‘s day. We usually have many rituals to go through during that period. Childrenl get new clothe, and receive red pockets from the elders   as lunar New Year gifts. During the spring festival people often celebrate through setting off  firecrackers. There is one more thing I have to mention, which is people sit altogether for feasts and chat with each other. Now the spring festival is following by the Chinese spreading the most of world. Where Chinese live, this traditon absolutely exist there during spring.

         Nowadays, more and more foreigners have joined to celebrate the festival. When I have been living in New York, it was the first time I had seen the spring festival in here. But there were so many different kinds of celebration from my hometown. I was so surprised because when I saw the parade, there were many different people with their adoption Chinese children joined it.

         In the end, I hope that more and more people get familiar and participate in this festival, which it can follow Chinese spread the entire world. Finally, many different races throughout the world have their own customs, and it is important for them to respect their traditional festivals and let more people know them.
