BP#2 Slavery in the United States
We read about, "Slavery in the United Stated",searched in gilderlehrman.org, civilliverty.about.com, and Wikipedia.com. In this article we learn that slavery began in Virginia, North America.These people in 1619, brought the first African East Africa. These slaves belonged to the owner of the plantation or agriculture of cotton, sugar, tobacco,corn or coffee. Many rich people had slaves. A. Lincoln United States wanted to keed one country, and fought against slavery, In the South after Civil war the 1861-1865, the economy was deterioting becouse it ended slavery, which caused the economy to grow north.
You have described a difficult times they had to go through those poor people.
